Modern hydrotherapy
Hydrotherapy is a unique form of regeneration that has increasingly been used by patients worldwide. Water can be applied in the form of hot bath or cold shower. Cold water stimulates blood flow, while warm water prepares the body for relaxation. It has the ability to dissolve illness, remove pathogenic particles from the organism, and strengthen the body by returning the purified blood back to tissues, and maximize the circulatory system. Applied externally, water has the power to improve blood and lymph flow, release tension in tissue, lower pain, and soothe the nervous system. FITCLINIC bases its hydrotherapy services on subaqua massage, i.e. massage therapy administered through jets of water, where therapist applies exact pressure and water temperature on specific parts of the musculoskeletal system. Alternating hot and cold water improves immunity system functions and helps prevent illnesses, treats existing injuries and diseases, and maintains good health. At FITCLINIC we use hydro massages with various jets and massage equipment. Water jets stimulate haptic skin receptors, which improves blood flow. Contrast bath stimulates blood flow by alternative application of jets of cold and hot water. It is used to treat musculoskeletal problems and diseases, improve blood flow in limbs, heal scars, but also treat insomnia, stress, and relax the body after exercise or a heavy day in office work.
